In a transformation context, a prerequisite to the operational implementation is for the users to make the new practices and methods their own. Once this has been done, they have a better grasp on their new environment.
We first identify the needs and then develop a step by step training programme tuned to the project and adapted to each category of people. We try to put them in a learning process while taking into account the business constraints.
We offer various training possibilities (individual or in group, face-to-face and distance teaching, coaching) associated with adapted teaching aids (modules, e-learning, guides) and an appropriate sizing. Our objective is to facilitate skill acquisition which will result in successful assimilation by the targeted users.
