Risk & Alert Management Process
Every project portfolio entails several risks that must be identified before the projects start. The risk management consists in analysing the criticality (probability of an event occuring, its gravity) of the diverse actions so as to establish a preventive classification aiming at a better diversification for a better risk and alert assessment.
